The surf school is the most northerly surf school in the UK and operates from two main beaches: Dunnet beach and Ceannabeinne beach near Durness. Both are long sandy bays that pick up all the North Sea swells. They're great places to learn or improve your technique due to the long mellow waves these beaches are known for.
