Follow in the footsteps of golfing legend Sandy Lyle who learned his game at Hawkstone Park. The stunning landscape provides golfers of all standards a wonderful contrast with two championship courses as well as a third six-hole, par 3 short course.
The three courses sit within impressive parkland surrounding the ruins of a medieval castle, with the cliffs of the world-famous 18th Century Follies providing a spectacular backdrop.
Set within an extensive property that attracts many visitors to the caves, tunnels, trails and towers of its 18th century follies, the Hawkstone course is a James Braid design from the 1920s that was renovated by Welsh golfing legend Brian Huggett when the estate in the 1990s.
The hotel on the same site is an excellent base for a post-round debrief over a drink or bite to eat.
