Not one for the faint hearted, the 'Follow The Dog' trail at Cannock Chase Forest is well worth a look if you're a keen mountain biker looking for an off-road challenge.
It's graded as a red (difficult) trail.
This classic cross-country mountain bike trail was first launched in 2005. The trail surface is very variable so expect loose stone, roots and mud - but there's only one big incline.
The 6.7 mile (10.8 km) route includes technical features you’d expect to find on a red (difficult) level trail.
