Moss Valley is an interesting club in that it was reportedly created by five golf architects in the late 1980s and then run under the guidance of the council before reverting to private ownership.
On a par 68 course surrounded by acres of lush Welsh countryside, Moss Valley Golf Club creates golfing magic for players of all abilities.
Only recently, ownership of the club changed back to private ownership, which has given the club a new lease of life. The course lies only minutes from the centre of Wrexham and, like any golf course in this region of north Wales, it has superb views of the surrounding countryside.
Every hole is different and provides the perfect level of challenge for golfers of all abilities. Golf societies are very welcome and there are great packages available.
Dont be fooled by the fact it's a nine hole course, its got 18 very different tees and some tough holes. This isn't a course that requires you to hit the ball vast distances, it's more about strategy and course management.
In addition to the testing course, the venue has a welcoming club house with a wide selection of food and drinks.
