Carmarthenshire - Tenby Boat Trips

Go on a wildlife adventure with Tenby Boat Trips

Tenby Boat Trips has two types of boat that take people on trips around the dramatic, wildlife-rich South Pembrokeshire islands of St. Margaret's and Caldey. Your skipper will take you to the best spots of the day, depending on the season, weather and tide.

Tenby Boat Trips takes passengers of all ages and is licensed to carry 20 people. On daily one-hour cruises, they depart Tenby Harbour to explore the secluded bays on the Atlantic side of Caldey Island. The trip comes with two local guides and extensive knowledge of the island's wildlife and the waters surrounding it. Keep an eye out for grey seals!

The Caldey and St. Margaret's Islands Cruise takes in some of the most impressive offshore islands in Pembrokeshire and takes just over an hour. St. Margarets Island is home to a protected bird reserve. And, as the boat gets closer, the impossibly tall Cathedral Caverns appear in the distance. You can see thousands of residents and visiting birds, including puffins, razorbills, cormorants, and gannets, at the base of these caverns.

Teas, coffees, soft drinks, and snacks from the fully stocked and licensed bar are available onboard.
