Nottinghamshire - Nottinghamshire Golf & Country Club

A superb parkland course that's well worth a visit

The Nottinghamshire Golf & Country Club, Nottinghamshire has 36 holes set in 340 acres of picturesque parkland and has not one but two courses: the Championship Course and Signature Course.

As The East Midlands only 36 hole golf complex, The Nottinghamshire Golf and Country Club is a parkland paradise.

The championship course consists of subtle borrows and daunting oak trees which tend to line the plush fairways. There is also an abundance of water hazards to keep you on your toes, whilst grass faced bunkers will also impose a challenge throughout.

The signature course is a stunning course with an intricate design that combines many natural hazards including hedgerows which line the fairways, thick rough, undulating fairways, large greens, water features and strategically placed bunkers. All of these factors combine to give a well-rounded golf experience suitable for all levels of ability.

In summary, a great course for beginners to build up some confidence or bring down that handicap. But experienced golfers shouldn't be complacent either. There are still plenty of hazards that can catch you out.

The stunning sun-terrace on the patio area just yards from the 18th green of the championship course is a great space to recharge after your round. The comfortable surroundings of our recently refurbished Clubhouse are perfect for enjoying a bite to eat or a drink in the bar.
