Glamorgan - Brynhill Golf Club

An 18-hole golf course in the Vale of Glamorgan

Brynhill Golf Club, South Glamorgan is an 18 hole, par 72 (6371 yard), private, parkland golf course designed by David Thomas in 1921.

Brynhill takes great pride in its welcoming atmosphere, challenging parkland course, and hospitality. Through its full-time professional, the club provides coaching and advice as well as a well-stocked shop with all major brands of golf clothing and kit.

This 18-hole meadowland course is in the Vale of Glamorgan, just north of Barry. Due to the strenuous walking required during the round, it's not recommended if you prefer your golf to be a more leisurely stroll. The course is 6,336 yards long and plays to a par of 72, making it a great all-around golf challenge.

Brynhill has something for everyone, whether you're a looking for a place to play regularly, you're still learning the game, or you're looking for a place to bring business clients.

It's a simpler game when the wind blows in the predominant direction, which is from the west, but keep an eye out if it blows in the opposite direction as it can play havoc with your ball flight. As with most courses in Wales, this one offers excellent value for money and a warm welcome both when you tee off and when you return to the clubhouse.

There's also a practice area and a putting green for pre-round warm ups.
